Gough Recruitment in NSW is seeking ambitious, people-focused individuals to start a career in residential real estate sales. You’ll work alongside experienced agents, gaining practical exposure to the full sales process and building your own client base in the Upper Hunter region.

You’ll receive training and ongoing support to develop your skills, with a pathway to professional real estate success and rewarding earnings through base plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Registration and real estate licence are essential.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Previous real estate sales experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Building relationships with buyers, sellers and local residents
• Assisting with property appraisals and listing presentations
• Conducting open homes and following up with prospective buyers
• Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining client relationships
• Assisting with property marketing campaigns and sales negotiations
• Developing your knowledge of the Upper Hunter property market
• Learning how to win listings, negotiate deals and achieve sales targets
