Gough Recruitment in Newcastle, NSW, is offering an entry-level real estate sales role designed for ambitious individuals who are confident with people and eager to grow a long-term career in property. You will work alongside experienced agents and gain hands-on experience across the residential sales process, from prospecting to listings.

The role provides base salary plus commissions, comprehensive training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Registration and real estate licence are essential.
• A genuine passion for property and a desire to build a career in sales.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.

• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
• Building relationships with buyers, sellers and local residents.
• Assisting with property appraisals and listing presentations.
• Conducting open homes and following up with prospective buyers.
• Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining client relationships.
• Assisting with property marketing campaigns and sales negotiations.
• Developing your knowledge of the Upper Hunter property market.
• Learning how to win listings, negotiate deals and achieve sales targets.
