Job summary

Estia Health is seeking an Administration Officer – Rostering in Hamilton to support the smooth operation of our aged care home. You will manage rosters, assist with master rosters, and provide front-d desk and admin support to ensure a seamless resident experience.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal and written communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a reception/administration position is highly regarded.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid computer and data skills.

Responsibilities

• Day to day roster management of Working Roster & assisting with Master Roster.
• Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
• Friendly customer service to everyone – in person, on the phone or via email.
• Managing the front desk, answering calls and emails.
• Welcoming visitors, volunteers and contractors to the home.
• Assisting with ordering supplies and staff uniforms.
• Keeping on top of paperwork – record keeping and filing.
• Support the office manager and residential aged care manager in daily tasks.
