Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a proactive administrator to support the Residential Aged Care Manager across NSW facilities. You’ll help maintain rosters, assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ensure smooth daily operations for residents, staff and families.

In this fast-paced role you’ll need strong computer and data skills, a customer‑focused approach, and a genuine commitment to delivering high‑quality aged care. Experience in rostering is a plus.

Qualifications

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
• A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally).
• A proven ability to work to deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.
• Solid computer and data skills.
• Previous experience in Aged Care (ideally).
• Previous experience in rostering (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain accurate rosters
• Assisting with staff recruitment and onboarding
• Providing prompt and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers
• Proactively managing the enquiries pipeline to successfully convert enquiries to sales
• Lending a hand with billing, payroll and stocktake
• Providing guidance and mentoring to Administration Officer
• Maintaining all record management systems
• Supporting our residential aged care manager in their daily tasks
