Lindt Chocolate Shop in Sydney is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service within a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include supervising staff, merchandising, inventory control, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Retail Store Manager or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Experience in QSR/retail/hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations.

• Ensure health & safety compliance in store.
