Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in guiding and mentoring Chocolate Ambassadors.
• Delegate, coach and lead daily operations, service and collaboration.
• Assist with rostering and budget management.
• Lead by example with product knowledge and customer interactions.
• Execute visual merchandising and promotional changes.
• Develop and lead the team to future successes.
