Qualifications

Customer service experience in a retail/hospitality setting with clear communication and enthusiasm.
Barista experience is desirable.
Ability to grow local community and drive repeat sales.
Strong time management and independent work under deadlines.
Experience leading a team of ambassadors.

Responsibilities

Support an energetic team to create meaningful relationships with customers.
