North Sydney Celia's Company is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager for our Lindt Chocolate Shop in North Sydney, NSW. You’ll lead a high-energy team, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As Store Manager, you will coach ambassadors, monitor performance, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering a premium customer experience and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running.
• Monitor sales performance against targets daily/weekly/monthly.
• Develop strategies to increase sales through effective merchandising.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
