Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Experience leading teams and coaching staff.
• Barista experience desirable.
• Ability to grow the local community and drive sales and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in guiding and mentoring Chocolate Ambassadors.
• Delegate, coach and lead team on daily operations, service and collaboration.
• Assist with roster and budget management.
• Lead with product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Deploy visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes.
• Help develop and lead the team to future successes.
