Job summary

Lindt Chocolate Shop in Canberra is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a Lindt Chocolates retail outlet with takeaway beverages and ice cream. You will lead the team, drive sales, manage expenses, and ensure brand excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll coach ambassadors, handle stock, food safety, visual merchandising, and customer experience with a hands-on, can-do attitude, while aligning with local compliance and health standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a store/assistant manager in fast-paced QSR, retail or hospitality.
• Experience workforce planning from recruitment to rosters and labour budgets for a ~20 person team.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate with State Manager in Australia.
• Ability to grow local community and drive return sales with a positive leadership style.
• Strong time management and ability to work under deadlines in high-volume settings.
• Strong rapport-building to lead and coach a team.
• Understanding of food safety standards and QA processes.
• Barista experience or interest considered a plus.
• Experience in inventory management, stocktakes and store presentation desired.

Responsibilities
