Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a retail/hospitality environment with clear communication and enthusiasm.
• Barista experience desirable.

• Strong rapport and coaching abilities to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in guiding and mentoring Chocolate Ambassadors.
