Bellriver Homes in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Sales Consultant to guide clients from inquiry to contract, presenting home designs and packages, and clarifying inclusions and finance options. The role is full-time and on-site in Sydney.

You will meet clients in display homes or offices, prepare quotations, and support finance queries while maintaining regular contact for a positive customer experience. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualificações

• Strong Sales Consulting skills, incl. guiding clients through complex purchase decisions.
• Customer satisfaction focus with ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Consulting abilities to understand client needs, interpret lifestyle requirements, and recommend suitable home solutions.
• Experience in residential construction or property sales is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on-site, including weekends as required, and manage a dynamic client schedule.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and contracts.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications; current driver’s license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients in display homes or offices, conduct needs assessments, present suitable home designs and packages, and prepare quotations.
• Support clients with finance and documentation queries and maintain regular contact to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contribute to sales targets, and assist with marketing activities and events as required.
