Homes and Granny Flats is expanding its display home sales team in Newcastle. We are seeking a sales consultant to guide customers from first enquiry through purchase, delivering an exceptional showroom experience.

You will welcome visitors, assess needs, present tailored solutions, and build strong relationships with clients while coordinating with design, approvals and delivery teams. Training and long-term opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Experience in sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
• Organised and able to manage multiple customers at different stages.
• Comfortable using systems and digital tools.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Transferable skills welcome; training provided.

• Respond to customer enquiries (phone, online, and in person).
• Welcome clients into the showroom and guide them through display homes.

• Prepare quotes and support customers in making informed decisions.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and manage your pipeline.
• Collaborate with design, approvals and delivery teams.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.

We’re growing our team in the granny flat and expandable building space and are looking for a sales consultant for our new display homes at New Lambton. Our most successful sales consultants in other areas thrive on building relationships, not just closing deals.

You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and a steady flow of enquiries-so you can focus on delivering a great customer experience.
