Burbank Group is seeking a dynamic sales professional to guide customers through the new home journey from a display home in Sydney. You will build relationships with prospective buyers, manage enquiries, and convert opportunities into signed contracts.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, supported by a trusted builder with more than 40 years of experience. Weekend work is a core requirement in a display-home environment.

Formación

• Experience in consumer sales and upselling techniques.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and guide customers through the new home journey from a display home.
• Develop relationships with prospective buyers and manage enquiries and opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
• Collaborate with land agents and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
