Job summary

Rawson Homes is seeking a Sales Consultant to be the face of our Cambewarra display home, guiding customers from first enquiry to contract. You’ll build genuine connections, explain designs and inclusions, and drive the sales journey with confidence.

You’ll join a high-energy team with a five-day roster that includes weekends and two consecutive rostered days off. A strong sales background and CRM skills are essential, with NSW licensing preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven residential sales experience and a drive to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working towards sales targets and KPI's.
• Sharp attention to detail and excellent administration skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience, from the first enquiry right through to contract exchange.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective customers and be their guide throughout the home-building journey.
• Bring our display homes to life by confidently explaining designs, inclusions, upgrades and the benefits of building with Rawson Homes.
• Prepare estimates, quotations and sales documentation using Salesforce and CaniBuild.
• Keep the sales journey moving by managing deposits, tender requests, customer updates and contract progression.
• Stay connected with customer enquiries and turn promising leads into successful home sales.
• Keep customer records and sales activity accurate and up to date in our CRM.
