Job summary

Rawson Homes is seeking an experienced sales professional to guide customers through their new home journey from first visit to contract signing. You’ll build genuine relationships, understand client needs and provide expert advice to help them choose the right home, with the appeal of our brand-new display homes in Cambewarra, NSW.

Qualifications

• NSW Assistant Agent Certification is the minimum requirement.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence is required.
• White Card is required.
• Building industry experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to contract exchange.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients through the home building journey.
• Showcase display homes and explain designs, inclusions and upgrades.
• Prepare estimates, quotations and sales documents using Salesforce and CaniBuild.
• Manage the sales process including deposits, tenders, updates and contracts.
• Follow up enquiries and convert leads into home sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM.
