Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and guest-focused approach.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Able to juggle priorities and work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookings by phone, email and online chat.
• Assist guests with room selection, rates and packages.
• Promote hotel services and upgrades to guests.
• Log and update guest profiles for reporting and recognition.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure smooth operations.
