EVT Limited – Sydney International Airport NSW is seeking a Reservations Manager for Rydges Sydney Airport to lead a high-performing reservations team, drive direct bookings, manage inventory and rates across channels, and partner with the GM, Front Office and Sales to deliver results above market.

You will develop policies, monitor requests, supervise agents, analyse trends, and ensure exceptional guest service while maintaining data-driven KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or hotel role is required.
• Proficient with hotel systems such as Opera or iVvy.
• Strong leadership to recruit and develop a high-performing team.
• Commercial mindset to drive revenue through pricing and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and decision-making under pressure.
• Customer-first approach and ability to resolve guest issues.
• Strategic thinker with strong data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing reservations team and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Drive direct bookings and manage inventory and rates across channels.
• Collaborate with GM, Front Office and Sales to deliver results above market.
• Develop policies, procedures and best practices for reservations operations.
• Monitor requests across phone, email, website and OTAs; ensure data accuracy.
• Recruit, train and supervise reservation agents; conduct performance reviews.
• Analyse market trends and set annual reservations plan and budget.
• Ensure exceptional guest service across all touchpoints and resolve escalations.
• Maintain reservation software and tools; keep systems updated.
• Support the team with additional duties to maintain performance.
