Job summary

EVT Group’s Rydges World Square location is seeking a Reservations Agent to turn inquiries into memorable guest experiences. You will manage bookings by phone, email and online chat, helping guests find the best room, rate and package while driving direct bookings.

You’ll be a friendly, motivated communicator in a fast-paced environment. The role requires nights, weekends and holiday availability, with a focus on high service standards across EVT’s hotel network.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in hotel/resort.
• Confident communicator who handles inquiries and concerns gracefully.
• Fluent English; extra languages a bonus.
• Organised with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookings by phone, email and online chat.
• Assist guests with room, rate and package selections.
• Promote services, offers and upgrades to boost revenue.
• Log guest complaints and update profiles for reporting.
