Job summary

Doltone Hospitality Group in Pyrmont is seeking a friendly Reservations Coordinator to join our Head Office team. You will manage high-volume bookings across our premium venues and work closely with venue management to ensure seamless service.

You will coordinate guest requirements, dietary needs, and VIP profiles; optimise seating, and support group-wide initiatives with marketing and events teams. This role rewards guest-focus, organisational excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations, hosting or reception in premium hospitality.
• Warm, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Experience using reservation platforms such as SevenRooms or OpenTable.
• Collaborative spirit and team player.
• Available Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reservations across multiple group venues via phone and email.
• Optimise table allocations and seating plans to maximise capacity and revenue.
• Coordinate special guest requests, dietary requirements, and VIP profiles with venue teams.
• Deliver exceptional service by handling guest inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
• Collaborate with HQ marketing and events teams to support group initiatives and peak periods.

About the Role

As our Reservations Coordinator, you will be the vital first point of contact for our guests. You will manage high-volume bookings, coordinate guest requirements and work closely with our venue management teams to ensure seamless service execution across our portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reservations across multiple group venues via phone and email.
• Optimise table allocations and seating plans to maximise venue capacity and revenue.
• Coordinate special guest requests, dietary requirements, and VIP profiles with venue teams.
• Deliver exceptional service by handling guest inquiries and feedback with warmth and professionalism.
• Collaborate with HQ marketing and events teams to support group-wide initiatives and busy holiday periods.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in a reservations, hosting or reception role within premium hospitality.
• Strong communication skills with a warm, professional and confident telephone manner.
• Excellent organisational skills and an eagle eye for detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Tech-savvy mindset, with prior experience using reservation platforms (such as SevenRooms or OpenTable) highly regarded.
• A collaborative spirit who brings positive energy and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
• Availability Tuesday to Saturday.
