Job summary

SRG Hospitality in Sydney is seeking a Reservations Coordinator within our central reservations team to manage guest profiles across our waterfront and landmark venues, including Aqua Dining and Ripples. You’ll handle enquiries with warmth, ensure accurate booking sheets, and pass larger requests to our Sales & Events team.

Weekend availability and solid hospitality experience are essential for this role. Join a growing group that values detailed service, personal hospitality, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail; accurate dates and allergy notes matter.
• Available for weekend shifts (at least one day each weekend).
• Previous administration experience is welcomed.
• Knowledge of SevenRooms is preferred.
• Full working rights in Australia.

About the Employer

Sitting within SRG Hospitality's central reservations team, you'll manage bookings and guest enquiries across our portfolio of waterfront and landmark Sydney venues, including Aqua Dining, Ripples Milsons Point, The Nielsen, Akti and Riva Rose Bay.

About the Candidate

• Previous hospitality experience (essential)
• Strong attention to detail. In reservations, one wrong date or missed allergy note matters
• Availability for weekend shifts, at least one day each weekend
• Previous administration experience (welcomed)
• Previous experience as a Reservations Coordinator (preferred, not essential)
• Knowledge of SevenRooms (preferred)
• Full working rights in Australia
