Job summary

SRG Hospitality is seeking a Casual Reservations Coordinator to join the central reservations team in Sydney, helping make every guest’s experience start right from the first call. You’ll manage bookings across our waterfront and landmark venues and be the first voice guests hear.

Based in Sydney, you’ll coordinate with venue managers, handle enquiries with warmth, and support group bookings. Weekend availability and hospitality experience are essential to join our growing reservations function.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience (essential)
• Strong attention to detail; one wrong date or missed allergy note matters
• Availability for weekend shifts; at least one day each weekend
• Previous administration experience (welcomed)
• Previous experience as a Reservations Coordinator (preferred, not essential)
• Knowledge of SevenRooms (preferred)
• Full working rights in Australia

• Keep guest profiles accurate and detailed: preferences, dietary requirements, occasions
• Coordinate with venue managers so every service starts with a clean, accurate booking sheet

• Support group and special-occasion bookings, passing larger enquiries to our Sales & Events team

The busiest dining rooms in Sydney start with a booking. We're looking for a sharp, organised Casual Reservations Coordinator to join our central reservations team and help make every guest's experience start right, from the first call.

THE ROLE

Sitting within SRG Hospitality's central reservations team, you'll manage bookings and guest enquiries across our portfolio of waterfront and landmark Sydney venues, including Aqua Dining, Ripples Milsons Point, The Nielsen, Akti and Riva Rose Bay.

You'll be the first voice many of our guests hear, and the reason the venue team knows exactly who's walking through the door and what will make their night.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage reservations, amendments and cancellations across phone, email and online channels
• Keep guest profiles accurate and detailed: preferences, dietary requirements, occasions
• Coordinate with venue managers so every service starts with a clean, accurate booking sheet
• Handle guest enquiries with warmth and follow them through to resolution
• Support group and special-occasion bookings, passing larger enquiries to our Sales & Events team

HOURS & PAY

• Casual role, shifts rostered between 9am and 8pm
• Paid under the Restaurant Industry Award 2020 (MA000119), including 25% casual loading, plus 12% superannuation
