Job summary

Unisys is hiring a Field Engineer to deliver on-site and remote support for clients across desktops, servers, and networked devices. You will install, configure and maintain PCs, networks and AV rooms, and handle moves/adds/changes as required.

You will resolve issues, follow up on escalations, and ensure SLA commitments are met while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Prior front-line engineering experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Describes required education: high school diploma or GED.
• May require technical certification or an Associate Degree.
• 1–2 years' experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Field Engineer for clients and products.
• Provides software, hardware and networking support for desktops, servers, and networked devices.
• Installs and maintains PCs, networks, servers and peripherals.
• Performs installs, moves, adds and changes.
• Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction.
• Provides follow-up on problems or escalations.
