HubSpot is hiring an Outbound Business Development Representative for ANZ, offering remote work from Australia. You will be the first touchpoint for many prospects, sparking conversations, uncovering pain points, and qualifying leads to drive pipeline and revenue.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives to book high-quality meetings and accelerate growth. We value ambitious self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced tech sales environment and can leverage AI tools in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach (60-100+ activities/day) via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy.
• Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency - and book quality discovery meetings.
• Hit (and exceed) KPIs for activity, meetings delivered, and pipeline impact.
• Grow fast. Learn fast. Get coached. Apply it. Repeat.
