Job summary

Employment Hero, a remote-first company, is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join the ANZ team from anywhere in Australia. You will generate opportunities via outbound calls and emails, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives to advance opportunities and close deals.

The role offers a base of AU$83k with an AU$140,960 OTE, and a performance-driven environment that emphasizes autonomy, AI-enabled tools, and ongoing development within a fast-growing platform.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of high-volume outbound B2B sales experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and resilience to be on the phone all day.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive growth.
• Identify and qualify key decision-makers within prospects.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of leads for closure.
