Hostaway is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the APAC market. This fully remote role requires you to be based within Australia or New Zealand to collaborate with the team and internal customers.

You will handle outbound prospecting, respond to inbound interest quickly, and revive dormant leads using HubSpot and sales engagement tools like Outreach and SalesLoft. English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• B2B SaaS outbound sales experience; inbound exposure an advantage.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong prospecting and cold calling skills, with the ability to build rapport over phone and email.
• Able to qualify inbound leads quickly and rekindle cold prospects.
• Highly motivated self-starter and team player who juggles multiple lead streams and priorities with ease.
• Familiarity with CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) a plus.
• Fluent English; a second language advantageous.

• Research target accounts and decision-makers in APAC, then prospect via cold calling or email.

• Balance daily activity across outbound, inbound and re-engagement pipelines.
