Job summary

Employment Hero is hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative to help grow qualified leads and opportunities for the ANZ sales team. This remote-first role supports a fast-paced environment with autonomy and AI-enabled tools to accelerate outreach and discovery.

You will work with the ANZ team to source, qualify, and hand off opportunities, while maintaining a high-volume outbound cadence and a focus on exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven high-volume outbound B2B sales experience.
• Experience with Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo and Outreach.
• Track record of over-achieving on targets.
• Strong phone presence and resilience for phone-based work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails and follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive company growth.
• Identify and qualify key decision-makers in prospects.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for handover of high-potential leads.
• Maintain and grow your prospect database within your segment.
• Support engaging online demos to prospects as needed.
