Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our ANZ team on a remote basis across Australia. You will generate opportunities, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives to hand over high-potential prospects that drive growth and revenue.

With a remote-first culture, you’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate outreach, learn rapidly, and contribute to a fast-growing platform. This role offers a strong base plus OTE and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven high volume outbound sales experience (B2B).
• Experience with tools like Sales LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo and Outreach.
• Track record of over-achieving on targets.
• Strong phone presence and demonstrated resilience to be on the phone all day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generating new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the company’s continued growth.
• Identifying and qualifying key decision-makers within prospects, setting the foundation for future sales.
• Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of high-potential leads for further development and closure.
