HubSpot in Australia is hiring an Outbound Business Development Representative for ANZ. You will be the first touchpoint, sparking conversations, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings with Account Executives.

You’ll work with HubSpot’s sales stack, including LinkedIn Navigator and other AI-powered tools, to build pipeline in a fast-paced, energetic environment. A strong appetite for learning and resilience is essential, with uncapped commissions and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or outbound prospecting.
• Ability to qualify leads and book meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting through 60-100+ daily touches via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on target accounts and outreach strategy.
• Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency; book quality discovery meetings.
• Meet or exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline KPIs.
• Learn and apply best practices in a fast-paced sales environment.
