Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience at an HR Advisor level (or equivalent).
• Qualifications in HR, Law, Business or similar fields (preferable).
• Australian Employment Knowledge
• Strong ability to advise on Industrial Relations matters. Award interpretation is highly regarded.
• Good time management, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Excellent levels of written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in managing and influencing stakeholders, whilst advising on a range of HR matters.
• Proficient in learning and using different softwares, systems, tools and technologies. Knowledge of Salesforce, Zendesk and Employment Hero is highly regarded!
• Customer focused and ability to build strong on-going relationships.
• Experience working collaboratively as part of a global and remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HR advisory inquiries from clients and internal teams with accuracy and professionalism.
• Conduct compliance audits and provide award coverage recommendations for businesses and roles.
• Escalate complex issues to Senior Workplace Advisors or Team Leaders for guidance.
• Handle high volume calls and emails, delivering calm, accurate support and risk analysis.
• Contribute to content creation for blogs, posts, webinars and client guides.
• Participate in department projects for process improvements and awards summaries.
• Liaise with the legal team for disputes, claims and investigations.
• Advise sales/marketing on advisory product growth.
• Create and post knowledge base articles for website and social media.
• Support improvement initiatives within the HR Advisory team using problem-solving tools.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and Zendesk with accurate call notes and client updates.
