Job summary

Employment Hero seeks a dedicated HR Partner to support client portfolios with expert IR/ER guidance, HR policy development, and compliant HR administration. This remote-first role emphasizes AI-enabled decision making, strong stakeholder engagement, and scalable HR solutions for diverse clients.

You will manage advisory projects, ensure legal compliance, and drive process improvements across Employment Hero’s HR platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems, preferably Employment Hero.
• Strong IR/ER knowledge and advisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical IR/HR support and advice to clients regarding employment obligations, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Act as a first point of contact for clients for inquiries related to workplace matters.
• Manage and maintain organisational document control systems and HR policies.
• Lead HR/IR advisory projects and respond to client needs with speed and accuracy.
• Oversee onboarding, contracts, and policy development for client portfolios.
• Support clients in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
