Employment Hero is hiring a remote-first HR Advisor to deliver accurate IR/ER guidance to clients, conduct compliance audits, and support sales and marketing with HR knowledge. You will work with a global, remote team and leverage Salesforce, Zendesk, and Employment Hero tools to maintain client records.

The role emphasizes Australian employment knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality communications across diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience at an HR Advisor level or equivalent.
• Qualifications in HR, Law, Business or similar fields preferred.
• Australian Employment Knowledge required.
• Strong ability to advise on Industrial Relations and award interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate and technical IR/ER advice to clients on operational matters.
• Complete compliance audits and provide recommendations on awards.
• Raise complex matters for senior support and provide practical solutions.
• Manage high volume calls and emails with professional, accurate support.
• Contribute to content and knowledge-base projects and assist with process improvements.
• Liaise with legal for complex disputes and provide guidance to sales/marketing teams.
