Employment Hero is seeking a Senior HR & Workplace Relations professional to deliver practical HR and IR advice to a diverse client base, supported by a flexible remote work policy. The role focuses on award interpretation, contract drafting, and compliance across industries, including SCHADS expertise.

You’ll work with Salesforce, Zendesk and Employment Hero to manage records and client cases. You’ll bring 7+ years of HR experience, strong IR know‑how, and an ability to operate across multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ HR experience, ideally in consultancy or across multiple industries.
• Strong knowledge of Awards with demonstrated expertise in accurate interpretation and application.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and NDIS Orientation Module.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Deliver timely and accurate advice on HR, IR and workplace relations matters for clients.
• Draft and tailor employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date HR records and manage document control systems.
• Provide guidance on award coverage, classification, and interpretation across industries.
• Support probation and performance reviews and assist with complex client matters.
