Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver accurate IR/ER guidance to clients and support compliance programs across Australia. You’ll handle high-volume inquiries, audits, and complex matters, while collaborating with a remote, global team and leveraging Salesforce and Zendesk.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience at an HR Advisor level (or equivalent).
• Qualifications in HR, Law, Business or similar fields (preferable).
• Australian Employment Knowledge
• Strong ability to advise on Industrial Relations matters. Award interpretation is highly regarded.
• Good time management, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
• Excellent levels of written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in managing and influencing stakeholders, whilst advising on a range of HR matters.
• Proficient in learning and using different softwares, systems, tools and technologies. Knowledge of Salesforce, Zendesk and Employment Hero is highly regarded!
• Customer focused and ability to build strong on-going relationships.
• Experience working collaboratively as part of a global and remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and technical IR/ER advice to our clients on operational matters.
• Complete compliance audits for clients including recommendation and interpretation on award coverage and improvements.
• Raise complex and/or high-risk matters for assistance with Senior Advisors or Team Leaders.
• Manage high volume calls and email inquiries with calm, professional advice.
• Contribute to brand and client knowledge base with content creation for blogs, posts, webinars, and guides.
• Participate in ongoing department projects for process improvements and awards summaries.
• Liaise with our legal team for complex disputes, claims and investigations.
• Provide guidance to sales and marketing teams to support advisory product growth.
• Create and post knowledge base articles/blogs for website and social media.
• Champion improvement initiatives within the HR Advisory team and document changes in SF and Zendesk.
