Primer.Io is a remote-first payments infrastructure company seeking a driven BDR/SDR to generate qualified opportunities and guide prospects through early sales stages. You will book outbound meetings across multiple channels and conduct market research to identify new customers, with a focus on Chinese enterprise markets and complex tech solutions.

The role emphasizes a consultative selling style, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, globally distributed team.

Formación

• Experience in a BDR/SDR role with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Ability to prospect and qualify new opportunities.
• Consultative, strategic and analytical approach to the role.
• Interpersonal and fluid communication style to engage, influence and persuade.
• Experience selling into Chinese markets, especially enterprise.
• Experience selling complex technical products (payments desirable).
• Driven and enthusiastic about growth with a fast-growing company.

Responsabilidades

• Generate high quality sales opportunities for our BDMs within a defined set of target accounts through outbound activities.
• Guide leads through the initial stages of the sales process.
• Book outbound meetings using multi-channel approaches (calls, emails, social, video).
• Conduct market research to identify potential new customers.
• Creatively engage with ICP and tailor outreach strategies.
