Job summary

Rallie is seeking a dynamic sales professional to grow our custom-branded merchandise business across multiple industries. You will receive leads, admin support, product training and marketing materials, with the freedom to build your own client portfolio.

The role covers the full sales process from first contact through to proposals, pricing, closing and coordinating delivery, with hybrid or remote options.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience and a track record of winning new clients.
• Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• The initiative to prospect and create opportunities.
• Strong organisation and follow-through across quotes, orders and client relationships.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with pricing and margins.
• The ability to work independently and contribute to a growing business.
• An established professional network would be highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and win new business.
• Build relationships with marketing teams, business owners, agencies and corporate buyers.
• Understand client briefs and recommend merchandise that fits their brand, budget and deadline.
• Prepare quotes, product proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, close sales and manage your pipeline.
• Coordinate orders with suppliers and our admin team.
• Grow repeat business through proactive account management and great service.
