Salt Digital Recruitment is partnering with an Australian technology company to hire a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. You will own the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and engage with business owners and executives to tailor our technology offerings.

Ideal candidates have a proven B2B technology sales background, a hunter mindset, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B technology sales.
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding targets.
• Comfortable with travel across states.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full B2B sales process from lead gen to close.
• Conduct outbound activities and face-to-face meetings.
• Meet with owners, CEOs, and executives to uncover needs and tailor solutions.
• Build a healthy SMB pipeline in the region.
• Present and sell phone systems, cyber security, AI, and marketing solutions.
• Close deals with strong first-meeting momentum.
• Hit and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs.
• Leverage monthly marketing budget for outreach and lead gen.
• Attend weekly sales meetings while managing your schedule.
