Job summary

Bot Work Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to build and own a new client base for our automation consultancy. You’ll identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, and set up complimentary consultations with SMBs looking to automate and gain real-time insights.

This is a 100% remote, uncapped commission contract with 20% commissions on initial project value, fast fortnightly payouts, and clear growth pathways as the business expands.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in technology or consulting is required.
• Proven track record turning cold outreach into customer relationships.
• Clear communication skills to discuss technical solutions with diverse audiences.
• Passionate about driving growth while maintaining quality outcomes.
• Honesty-first approach to selling and advising clients.
• Value high-trust, long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivation to manage a pipeline and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking and lead follow-up.
• Work closely with our implementation team to understand what we can offer our customers.
• Develop and implement an effective sales strategy.
