Teamrecruit seeks a field-based Business Development Manager (Equipment Solutions) to drive new business across Australia, focusing on regional and metro sectors with autonomous, hands-on selling. You will demonstrate our turnkey package combining mobile workshops, software, and consumables to unlock new revenue streams.

The role requires a hunter mindset, strong consultative closing, and willingness to travel regularly, including regional hops.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound B2B capital or solution sales.
• Background in heavy machinery, commercial transport, fluid power, or industrial dealerships.
• Strong consultative closer with genuine commercial acumen.
• Comfort conducting digital software and workflow presentations.
• Current driver licence and willingness to undertake routine regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and secure new business across regional and metro sectors.
• Deliver consultative, in-person product and technology demonstrations.
• Build compelling commercial ROI business cases for key decision-makers.
• Maintain active field presence, travelling regularly across target regions.
• Manage deal progression and client touchpoints within the CRM.
