You will conduct direct outreach to founders, CEOs and agency operators, log activities in Zoho CRM, and drive consultative closes while managing a pipeline for recurring commissions and upfront packages.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound B2B sales, phone pitching and high-ticket closing.
• Strong verbal communication, phone presence and consultative closing skills.
• High self-discipline and independence to execute high-volume call campaigns autonomously.
• Familiarity with mobile sales tools and CRMs (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
• Strict adherence to global telemarketing rules and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales Calls & Pitching: Conduct direct sales outreach and discovery calls targeting business founders, CEOs and agency operators.
• Mobile CRM Execution: Place outbound sales calls and log all activities via the Zoho CRM Mobile App or desktop portal.
• Consultative Selling & Closing: Identify operational bottlenecks, present Adminova's solutions and guide prospects through payment clearance.
• Pipeline Management: Track call outcomes, follow-ups and lead stages strictly within Zoho CRM.
