Qualifications

We are seeking high-performing, self-driven Remote Business Growth Consultants who excel at outbound sales calls, discovery and deal closing. If you are an experienced B2B deal-closer who thrives on high outreach volume and uncapped earning potential, this opportunity is built for you.

The Opportunity & Earning Potential

This is a 100% performance-based Independent Contractor engagement. There are no earning caps, no mandatory clock-in schedules and no limits on your deal volume. You control your schedule and your earning velocity.

• Founder Operations Reset Packages ($2,000 AUD): Earn $400 AUD flat commission per closed deal ($200 AUD for pilot packages).
• Monthly Retainer Support Tiers ($1,500+ AUD/mo): Earn 10% recurring monthly commission for up to 6 months per client.
• Payout Schedule: Fast payouts processed within 7 business days of cleared client funds via Stripe.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $1,500 - $3,500+ AUD per week based on consistent sales calling and closing activity.

What You Will Do

• Outbound Sales Calls & Pitching: Conduct direct sales outreach and discovery calls targeting business founders, CEOs and agency operators.
• Mobile CRM Execution: Place outbound sales calls and log all activities seamlessly via the Zoho CRM Mobile App (or desktop portal).
• Consultative Selling & Closing: Identify operational bottlenecks, present Adminova's Operations Resets and Retainer solutions and guide prospects through payment clearance.
• Pipeline Management: Track call outcomes, follow-ups and lead stages strictly within Zoho CRM.

Working Hours & Execution

• 100% Remote & Mobile-Enabled: Execute outreach and sales calls from anywhere using the Zoho CRM app.
• Volume Recommendation: To maximize closings and reach target earnings, successful consultants typically dedicate 25 to 40+ hours per week of proactive sales calling and outreach.
