Job summary

Hustle, an eCommerce growth agency, is seeking a Growth Executive to close ongoing services and secure new partnerships across Australia. You will own full deal cycles, from discovery to signature, speaking with founders and senior decision-makers, and negotiating fees.

Join as the second closer, working with the Head of Growth to convert qualified demand into lasting client partnerships. Remote across Australia, with coaching and direct mentorship on commercial strategy and negotiation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years closing ongoing services in agency/SaaS/consulting.
• Comfortable talking with founders and senior decision-makers.
• Able to build audits linking marketing performance to profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own full deal cycles from discovery to signature.
• Lead discovery with founders and finance leaders to identify opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and present audits to connect marketing to profitability.
• Keep deals moving and update CRM (HubSpot).
• handover to delivery team with clear next steps.
