Job summary

Speller International is seeking a commercially driven Account Executive to join the ANZ sales team. The role focuses on expanding the customer base and managing established relationships across Australia and New Zealand, with warm accounts and new business opportunities.

The position is fully remote within Australia, with an East Coast preference, offering a base salary of AU$150,000 plus super and commission. Prior SAP/SaaS experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B software/SaaS sales.
• Experience generating new business and managing accounts.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across ANZ.
• Target organisations that could benefit from HR document management.
• Generate new business and build relationships with prospects.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts with long-term value.
• Collaborate with SAP implementation partners to uncover sales opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth across the existing base; expand into Asia if possible.
