Outlook Australia is hiring an After Hours Rostering Officer (Remote) to manage urgent rostering from Friday afternoon through Monday morning. You will adjust rosters, record actions in AlayaCare, and ensure continuity of services for participants while working remotely. The role requires independent work and reliable handovers to NSW and VIC offices.

The position offers SCHADS Home Care – Level 4 pay with daily on-call allowances and remote payment, plus flexible shifts and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Practical rostering or scheduling experience in home care, disability, or similar.
• Experience with AlayaCare or a comparable rostering system preferred.
• Ability to work remotely after hours with sound decision-making.
• Digital literacy to access schedules, forms and training.

Responsabilités

• Respond to urgent staff sickness and participant cancellations.
• Update roster by contacting staff and clients using AlayaCare; record changes.
• Check voicemail at 6:00 am and implement roster adjustments.
• Apply SCHADS rostering requirements and escalate urgent risks.
• Maintain records and complete the Monday handover.
