Outlook Australia is seeking an After-Hours Rostering Officer to maintain service continuity from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. This remote role handles urgent roster changes, recordings in AlayaCare, and morning handovers to NSW and VIC offices.

The position requires rostering or scheduling experience in home care or disability services, strong problem solving, and the ability to work independently after hours from a remote location. Training is provided with onboarding at local offices.

Qualifications

• Rostering or scheduling experience in home care, disability, aged care or community services.
• Experience using AlayaCare or equivalent rostering systems.
• Strong problem solving and judgement while working remotely after hours.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and communication tools (Teams, email).
• Familiarity with SCHADS Award concepts and rostering rules.

Responsabilités

• Respond to urgent staff sickness and participant cancellations.
• Update roster by contacting Support Staff and Clients using AlayaCare to record changes.
• Check voicemail at 6:00 am and implement roster changes.
• Apply SCHADS rostering requirements and escalate urgent risks.
• Maintain records and complete the Monday handover.
