Outlook Australia is seeking an After Hours Rostering Officer to maintain service continuity from Friday afternoon to Monday morning in a fully remote capacity. You will respond to urgent staff sickness, adjust rosters in AlayaCare, and perform Monday handovers to NSW and VIC offices.

Qualifications

• rostering or scheduling experience in home care, disability, aged care or similar.
• Experience using AlayaCare or a comparable rostering system.
• Excellent problem solving and judgement, with the ability to interpret information while working remotely after hours.
• Ability to balance participant needs, staff safety and availability with Outlook requirements.
• Clear, calm and professional communication, including urgent roster updates and concise handovers.
• Digital literacy to access schedules, complete required forms and training, and maintain accurate case notes.
• Operational SCHADS Award knowledge and ability to apply it to breaks, overtime, penalties and roster changes.
• Available for the Friday afternoon to Monday morning roster and Monday morning Teams handover.

Responsabilités

• Respond to urgent staff sickness and participant cancellations.
• Update roster by contacting Support Staff and Client/Participants using AlayaCare to source information and record roster changes.
• Check the voicemail at 6:00 am each morning and make essential roster changes.
• Apply SCHADS rostering requirements and elevate urgent risks.
• Maintain accurate records and complete the Monday handover.
