Outlook Australia is seeking an After Hours Rostering Officer (Remote) to manage rostering from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. The role requires responding to urgent staff sickness, cancellations, and roster gaps while maintaining service continuity.

Qualifications

Practical rostering or scheduling experience in home care, disability, or aged care.
Experience using AlayaCare or a comparable system.
Excellent problem solving and judgement, with the ability to interpret information and make timely decisions while working remotely after hours.
Ability to balance participant needs, staff safety and Outlook requirements to maintain quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

Respond to urgent staff sickness and participant cancellations.
Update roster by contacting Support Staff and Clients/Participants using AlayaCare to source information and record roster changes.
Check the voicemail at 6:00 am each morning and make essential roster changes.
Apply SCHADS rostering requirements and elevate urgent risks.
Maintain accurate records and complete the Monday handover.
