Job summary

Outlook Australia is seeking an experienced After Hours Rostering Officer to maintain service continuity from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. This remote role involves handling urgent sickness, participant cancellations, and roster gaps, with on-call duties and daily voicemail checks.

You will use AlayaCare and perform handovers to NSW and VIC offices, ensuring timely roster changes and clear communication within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience with rostering or scheduling in home care, disability, or aged care.
• Ability to interpret information and make timely decisions while working remotely after hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication for handovers and updates.

Responsibilities

• Respond to urgent staff sickness and participant cancellations.
• Update roster by contacting staff and clients using AlayaCare and record changes.
• Check voicemail at 6:00 am and perform essential roster changes.
• Apply SCHADS rostering rules and escalate urgent risks.
• Maintain records and complete Monday handover.
