Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Reservation Booking Manager to oversee all aspects of reservation coordination for our adventure packages. You will communicate with clients by phone and email, coordinate with sales and marketing, and ensure accurate tracking of bookings and payments.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience with reservation software and MS Office is preferred.
