Acciona is seeking a Reservation Booking Manager to join our team as a Reservation Booking Coordinator. You will manage reservations for our adventure packages and ensure a seamless, enjoyable booking experience for clients across Australia.

You will communicate by phone and email, collaborate with sales, marketing and operations, and use reservation software and Microsoft Office to track bookings, payments and cancellations.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in reservation software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations for adventure packages.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide information and address questions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to update and promote packages and offers.
• Use reservation management software to track bookings, payments, cancellations.
• Work with operations to confirm reservations and arrange travel needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues before, during, or after a trip.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information.
• Assist in developing new processes to improve reservation experiences.
